The Mulberry Barn is a flexible space that can be arranged to suit the style and atmosphere of your celebration.
Final capacities may vary depending on your chosen layout, entertainment, dance floor and other event requirements.

Up to 150 guests for a traditional wedding breakfast or seated celebration.

Up to 300 guests for drinks receptions, evening parties and standing events.

The Hayloft
A smaller space. A complete wedding.
An intimate room beneath the beams for up to 60 guests, bringing ceremony, dining and celebration together in one characterful setting. Choose a half-day or full-day celebration with food, drinks and accommodation planned around your day.
Hayloft weddings are available Monday to Thursday only. Friday, Saturday and Sunday wedding hire is not offered.

Say “I do” in a setting that feels completely your own. The Mulberry Barn offers a choice of beautiful indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces, allowing you to choose the perfect backdrop for your vows.
For a legal marriage or civil partnership ceremony, we work with Norfolk’s registrars. Couples should check that a registrar is available for their preferred date and time before confirming their booking with us.

Our in-house chefs are at the heart of our wedding food offer. They will work with you to create a menu that suits your celebration, from an elegant three-course wedding breakfast to relaxed sharing dishes, grazing tables, barbecues and evening food.
Because the team preparing your food is based here, menu planning, dietary requirements and service can be coordinated directly with the venue team as one joined-up part of your wedding.

Where a different catering style would better suit your plans, Holland Hospitality can supplement our in-house offer with additional wedding-breakfast, sharing-menu, barbecue, grazing-table and evening-food options.
Any outside-catering arrangement is agreed with the venue in advance and remains subject to our insurance, food-safety and operational requirements.
Wedding drinks
From the first
welcome to the toast.
Our wedding drinks package includes an arrival drink, half a bottle of house wine per person served with the meal and a toast drink—covering the key moments of your celebration.
For greater flexibility, you can select individual elements from the package to suit your plans, preferences and budget. Corkage is available by arrangement for selected wines and is charged per 75cl bottle; please request the current rate.
External bar providers and unrestricted external alcohol are not permitted. By prior written agreement, couples may supply selected wine, Prosecco or Champagne, with corkage charged per 75cl bottle. All arrangements remain subject to the premises licence and responsible-service requirements.

The Classic Barn Wedding
An onsite ceremony, three-course wedding breakfast prepared by our chefs, arrival drinks, wine with the meal, a toast drink and wedding suite.
The Relaxed Feast
Canapés or grazing, sharing dishes or a barbecue, flexible drinks, evening food, music and dancing.
The Weekend Celebration
Friday set-up, a full Saturday wedding and Sunday clear-down, with bedrooms and additional planning support arranged around the day.
The Intimate Hayloft Wedding
A Monday-to-Thursday celebration for up to 60 guests, bringing ceremony, dining, drinks and accommodation together.

The Farmhouse at Fincham offers 40 guest bedrooms in total, including accommodation within the adjoining Farmer's Cottage.
Subject to availability, an agreed allocation is held exclusively for eight weeks from the date it is allocated. After that period, unreserved rooms may return to general sale. The contract client is responsible for reserved but unpaid rooms, not rooms never reserved. Accommodation is charged separately.

Add the details
Confirm menus, drinks, accommodation and styling. The cumulative payment reaches 50% at six months.
4–3 months
Bring it together
Finalise timings, guest numbers, dietary needs and table plans. The cumulative payment reaches 90% at four months and 100% at three months.

Final venue meeting
Meet with the venue team to run through the complete day, confirm timings, suppliers, guest requirements, layouts and every final detail.
