Offer terms and conditions
  1. The wedding must be newly booked, with the agreement signed and the required deposit received, by 11:59pm on 31 October 2026.
  2. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to weddings or events already booked, including transferred or rearranged bookings.
  3. Credit applies only to eligible services supplied and invoiced directly by The Farmhouse at Fincham. It does not apply to third-party suppliers, registrars, external catering, entertainment, styling, corkage, cash-bar purchases, refundable deposits or damage charges.
  4. Accommodation is eligible only when included in and paid through the couple's main wedding account; rooms paid for separately by guests are excluded.
  5. One credit is available per wedding. It cannot be combined with another discount, promotion, voucher, package reduction or negotiated concession unless agreed in writing.
  6. The credit has no cash value, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Any unused balance will be forfeited.
  7. The chosen use of the credit must be agreed in writing and included in the final wedding proposal. All services remain subject to availability, capacity, minimum guest numbers and minimum-spend requirements.
  8. The credit is applied to the final invoice after contractual deposits, payment schedules and minimum-spend requirements have been calculated.
  9. The credit will be withdrawn if the wedding is cancelled. Its treatment following a postponement or change of venue is subject to written agreement.
  10. The Farmhouse at Fincham may amend or withdraw this offer before a booking is confirmed; confirmed bookings will retain the offer stated in their signed agreement.
